Bad Frank Phillips

Bad Frank Phillips is strong tempered deputy and gun for hire. He’s thrown in with the McCoy cause completely and seeks to bring them the justice he believes they deserve.

Frank has a profound knowledge of weapons and gunplay. He prefers his finely tuned dual pistol set which he uses with hawklike precision. Over his time in law enforcement he’s had interactions with the infamous Pinkertons and picked up some extra knowledge.

Eventually, Frank knows he’ll have to face off against Jim Vance in a final conflict. The two have met up on occasion and, this date, both have walked away alive. Frank knows Jim isn’t one to let it go and a permanent resolution isn’t a matter of “if” but “when.
